Construction in the area waiting to see if we need to move this cache or will have to shut it down completely

This is a Micro, that replaced an old archived cache. Orginally this cache was an old fuel filter, but it had lost it's seal and had gotten ruined. We replaced this cache with a new water proof container. Orginally the cache name was Filter your Frustrations. Personally we found that it was frustrating to find a ruined, and unmaintained cache. Then once it was fixed the frustrations were gone hence came the name Frustrations Filtered. We tried keeping the cache as close to the old one as we could, this is where the hint came from. This is an easy cache, just beware of muggles.
