Woodend Grasslands
The posted coordinates will have you
at a metal sign explaining the significance of the Woodend
Grasslands Reserve. The 9 hectares of almost pristine grasslands
are a small fragment of the vegetation that once covered one third
of Victoria. Around 100 native plant species inhabit the reserve
including many varieties of wildflowers which can be seen in the
spring and summer months. At the posted coordinates you are looking
for the numbers that will lead you to the main cache which is not
far away.
The cache is a 1 litre sistema
painted black with logbook and swaps.
