On the morning of November 1, 2008, several members of the Strathcona 215 Scouts set of from Graves Bridge for a rafting trip down to Policeman's Flats. The plan was to find a few caches and hide a few caches. This cache was placed on the island that we chose to stop and have our lunch. While stopped on the island, we saw several fishermen float by and a lot of wildlife. There are two caches on this island! This was the our eighth cache placed on this trip. Be careful, or you may spook some deer finding this cache!
When the trip was being planned, there was concern about rafting in the frigid month of November. After this stop, I had to remove my coat so I did not overheat as the temp rose to nearly 16 degrees today!
