Dream Machines Traditional Cache
KinderKen: It seems that the CPR is being a very poor corporate citizen as there is no legal way to access the Bearspaw Dam area anymore. There are crossings with flashing lights for pedestrians at the south side of Edworthy park and further east along the bike path but for some reason they do not see a need in the Bearspaw Dam area. Its a shame since this is the best place to take a dog for a walk and a swim in the NW part of Calgary and I've been doing so for 25 years. Oh well. Progress???

Cache is located in a great off leash, dog swimming area. It should not be very difficult to get to as there are numerous mostly flat trails with very little bushwhacking.
Cache is located in a very nice area for fishing and dog walking, but it gets very busy on summer weekends due to the above and due to river rafters. Park at N 51 06.220, W 114 15.860.
The cache is an ammo box which contains many dream machines such as Corvettes, Vipers, Mercedes, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Mustangs, Spiders, Morgans and of course Porsches (There is no substitute).
Please leave your dream machine whether it is a Ford Pinto, a Harley Davidson, a Toyota Land Cruiser or, of course, a Porsche 911.
If you don't have a dream machine to leave then make any trade you want as I will restock the cache as required to maintain the theme.
Also, when logging online, please indicate what your dream machine is and it does not matter if you already own it or its still on your wish list.
While in the area be sure to try fishing or taking your dog for a swim as there are great areas along the river or just before the dam in a quiet inlet or in the reservoir.
