IAMSTIG: Stopped by this afternoon and couldn't find the toolbox. Seems this spot has a history of caches that get muggled so I likely won't replace this one...I'll come up with a new idea of this area though soon.

The Stig's ToolBox Puzzle Cash

 
The Coordinates for the cache will take you to the Stig's ToolBox...unfortunately the Stig's a little paranoid about people borrowing his tools so likes to lock his toolbox up with a combination lock. Listed below are the waypoints for the three numbers you will need to crack the lock open. At each waypoint you will find an object that will have several coins glued to it. Add the coin's value to solve the combination lock number for that waypoint. For example a dime, nickel and penny would equal 16.

  • Waypoint 1: N49 52.841 W97 16.567
  • Waypoint 2: N49 52.797 W97 16.750
  • Waypoint 3: N49 52.892 W97 16.486
To open the combination lock once you have solved the puzzle please follow these directions.

  • Turn Right 2 turns past zero. Stop at the value from Waypoint 1.
  • Turn Left a full turn past above number stopping at the value from Waypoint 2
  • Turn Right and pull lock at value from Waypoint 3.
