Geocache Description:

This is a multi-cache where there are 4 waypoints with questions to answer and basic calculations to perform before heading to the final.

Note: The cache is not located at the above coordinates. The above coordinates will get you to the first waypoint. You will need to go there first to get your next clue. I've updated the hint to make it a bit easier.

Go to the first waypoint at N45 31.205 W123 05.539. This is Forest Grove’s newest landmark, a 120-foot flagpole which was dedicated Memorial Day 2009.
Here you must count the number of light fixtures focused on the flag. Let that number = A.
Multiply A by 84 and let that number be AAA.

Now go to the second waypoint which is N45 31.AAA W123 06.655
Once you arrive here, you need to know the year this pole was dedicated. Total the numbers of the year together and call that B
Let CCC = B + 566 and let DDD = (170 * B) -2

Now go to the 3rd waypoint which is N45 31.CCC W123 06.DDD. This is the world's tallest barber pole. Here you need to find the height in feet of this pole and let that number = EF.

Multiply EF by 4 and then subtract 36. Call that number GGG

Now go to the 4th waypoint which is located at N45 31.GGG W123 05.166
Here you must count the number of steel cables holding the pole in place and the number of lights illuminating the pole.

Subtract the number of lights from the number of cables and multiply that number by 300. Let that number be XXX.

Location of the final cache is at N45 32.(XXX-451) W123 06.(XXX-324).

You are looking for a plastic sandwich-sized container covered in camo duct tape. There is parking close to the cache . Various goods are available for the FTF. Good luck and enjoy the hunt.

I've moved the cache a little east since the original location is now under about a foot of water. This should keep it dry. Please place it back as far as it goes to keep curious muggles from spotting it. I hope it makes it through the winter.
