The container was replaced on 2/21/2011. The replacement container is about 3" x 3" x 1.5"
There is a replica of the Mammoth Mountain Benchmark for next-to-find.
Please pause when you find the cache, so that you'll be able to return it to the exact same place. The cache is in a location where it fits, and where it is as well concealed as possible concerning the recent 'clean-up' of the area.
It's probably best to not look for this cache during the hours when people typically walk for exercise. There was nobody around when we initially placed it at 2:00 in the afternoon! (It was way too hot for exercising!)
