Wheelchair accessible.

This is the first in my series of Evil - Yfel - Übel caches. Yfel is Old English for Evil and Übel means the same in German. This one will not be as hard as what I have yet to come, but I wanted to get started with these. Some may find the difficulty of this cache to be a 1, some may find the difficulty to be a lot higher.

FTF gets, well, nothing, other than the fact that they will be first to get nothing but a smiley and the bragging rights.

Cache is log only, please BYOP.

Please log your DNF's so we can keep track of the difficulties of these caches. Nobody will look down upon you for logging a DNF and it won't take any of your finds away to ruin your stats.
