Avenue of Limes Traditional Cache
BurbleBabble: I couldn't find it either. Despite the label saying "Please do not remove", I think someone's taken it. [:(]
Many thanks to all who had found it previously.

Small cache situated in Hextable's Avenue of Limes.
The Avenue of Limes links Swanley Park with Hextable. It was planted in Elizabethan times as a magnificent entranceway to Hextable House, which was the first and only house in the village for much of its life, and formerly stood on the grounds where Hextable Heritage Centre now stands. The house was unfortunately bombed during World War Two, but the beautiful gardens of the old house remain, and are open to the public as Hextable Gardens.
Whilst in the area be sure to check out Hextable Heritage Centre and its art gallery for information and rare photography on the history of this lovely village, and Hextable Gardens for a relaxing walk in a tranquil nature reserve. These can all be found at the bottom of the Avenue of Limes. At the top end is Swanley Park, which has a boating lake, children's playground, cafe, and miniature railway.
Have fun! :)
