Located in a pretty spot of Withlacoochee Forest, bring a blanket and a picnic.
Parking is at N 28 47.3020 W 082 34.709, located directly across from a church, and next to an auto place. Alternately you can park at the end of West Central St in Homosassa but this is a rather trashy area.
This land is owned by Florida. A Special Use Permit (#441) filed with the Division of Forests / Withlacoochee office allows the placement and access of this cache.
The cache is in an easily accessible area - approximately a 2 mile walk from the parking area down a well-travelled path.
Bring bug spray and keep an eye out for deer.

There's a camera in the cache - please feel free to snap some memories but don't take the camera. We'll occasionally go by and get them developed, scanned, and we'll email them out or post them to the cache log here.
NOTE: The Division of Forests recommends contacting their Dispatch Office at 352 754-6777, ext 4 on the morning you intend to enter the forest to receive advisories such as burn notices.
