This is a small downtown parcel owned by the town of Chapin. Town Hall informed me that about 2-3 years ago the Boy Scouts were granted use of this area for a project. You will see what a wonderful area the Boy Scouts made for sitting and posting community news.
It’s a community service to help keep the community board up-to-date and area free of trash :).
There are parking options everywhere. So do not park on someone’s lawn. Muggles should not be a problem but it is in a residential area so someone may be watching.
