UncleDon: I think this cache must have been too close to the picnic tables and play area - it was plundered twice in a short period. Will place a new cache in a more remote area of the park.

This geocache is hidden in a beautiful new park near downtown Los Angeles. The park is closed from sunset to sunrise. The cache is wheelchair accessible.
Space for travel bugs and other small items.
There is street parking near Colton and Bixel and a small parking lot with an entrance on Toluca.
