This cache is loacted near Meguro Station. This is a very easy to locate but difficult to recover becuase it is a VERY busy area. Please take care to not be discovered! Good luck!

2. If you know Tattoo, find the first year Tattoo appeared.
3. Only use the last two digits from the year (18XX...19XX...20XX).
4. From the listed coordinates, the actual cache is located on the reciprocal bearing-line of the number.
5. From the listed coordinates, the actual cache is located the same number of feet as the number (XX).
The cache area is very busy. If you know Tattoo, the correct place is very easy to find, but the challenge is to get the cache without anyone seeing. It may be best to come very early or very late in the day or maybe take a seat and study your geo-caching map. It might also be helpful to bring a friend or two.
