Geocache Description:

Here was one of driver's license center in Chiba prefecture. They came here when get new driver's license, renewal their licenses, get international license and receive some penalty on their license.

I placed this cache during lunch time of lecture held at driver's license center. Please find this one during your process at license center. And pray for your safety driving.

Cache case was mint container. Please pick it up after your find with eye. Treat carefully not to drop.
