Our friend Alix always travels from Huntsville to Birmingham for one thing, because that thing can't be found up north. When she's coming, we go ahead and stop by here and other nearby locations to pick up "WDCBCS".
Difficulty is raised only due to muggles, the cache should be an easy find. Just be stealthy.
