Geocache Description:

This is a two-stage cache. The first stage leads you to a micro-cache with instructions on how to find the final stage - the Vogon Poetry Retreat. Some climbing/scrambling is required but it is limited. The final cache is an ammo can.

This cache was placed by two college friends reunited after 20 years. We both shared a love for Douglas Adams' Hitch Hiker series so we decided to name this one after something from those books.

Readers of THHGTTG will note that Vogon's wrote particularly horrible poetry but that does not necessarily reflect on this site. The first location is somewhat distinct but the final spot, the VPR, is a pretty unique little spot that's a bit off the beaten path that we felt deserved a little more attention. You might want to bring a lunch and enjoy this little secluded spot after you grab the cache.
