Here is a reason to check out this nice overlook that thousands of people drive by every day without even noticing. You typically see a few workmen snoozing here on their lunch hour, but the cache is well out of the sight of these casual visitors.
Cache container is a small Ziploc leftovers box stocked with kids garden gloves, "geek at work" sign, little Cat book and log to get it started.
