Secondly and most important, what is it with cachers to feel free not only to change the size of the cache but to move to a different location. Yes coordinates are off according to one cacher because it was not where it was supposed to be.
It was a micro, then someone put the micro into a sandwich size baggie and added two pens, then if that wasn't enough, another cacher put the baggie inside another plastic bag the kind you get at the produce section and put in some kind of deck of cards. So now it's was a small and at a different GZ.
