Geocache Description:

Not a famous song but just a small park to "Watch Cars Go By"

Welcome to Gerald Missouri and Finley Park. This park is named after the owner of the Rex All drug store that used to be across the street. The owner a one Charles Finley used to keep the park up for visitors of his establishment and the public in general to relax on a hot day. With two picnic tables,a flag pole, and a flower garden it may be a great place to meet a friend or have lunch but I warn you "Watching Cars Go By" is a little addicting. A little history about Gerald a community was established in 1859 and became a town thanks to Squire Fitzgerald in 1901. See Sit Down Old Man cache for more information. Great parking across the street at the park and ride. All information was obtain from the Mayor Otis Schulte.
