Park and Grab

This cache is a bit different from most I have hidden. It was donated by Titus Lewellyn especially for this event. It is a HIPS cache and I think very neat. It turned out to be a bit of a challenge to place because of the other caches near the event site. Please replace exactly as found to keep the cache in it's best working order.
