Geocache Description:

Nice walk mostly on level ground. This is a winter friendly cache.

This trail is part of the Grand Traverse Conservation District. It is listed in their brochures as the Boardman Valley Trail. They give it a rating of an easy trail. It is a 1.3 mile walk from the starting at the Boardman Valley Trail head that is located at the current YMCA and connects with the Fox Den Loop Trail near the Boardman River Nature Center. There is parking available at either starting location. Walk the trails or canoe/kayak the river, this area is defiantly a treasure.
