Down by the River 2 Traditional Cache

This cache is replacing DOWN BY THE RIVER, which disappeared when some clean up and construction work was done in this area in the Fall of 2008. The cache is in a new location.
The cache is a medium sized pill bottle. You will need to bring your own pen or pencil. It is hidden in a local favorite fishing and swimming spot. It's also a good spot to pull over in and eat your lunch while enjoying a view of the Susquehanna River. At certain times of the year and certain times of the day, this area has a lot of people around, so you may have to try to be discreet.
The coordinates might not be too accurate so here is a hint: you don't have to bushwhack or tromp around in bushes, weeds, small trees, growth, etc.
