Geocache Description:

Because this cache is not part of the new power trail, it'd be much appreciated if you gave it a unique log. Thanks to all those who do so. This cache is hidden at Lost Lake although I have seen it called Rolf Lake too.

You can find a map of the area here: www.metrovancouver.org/about/maps/Maps/LSCRTrailMap.pdf Since it looks like the water level can rise quite a bit, you won't find the cache at the side of the lake; it's behind a small stump about 6 ft off of the west side of the gravel road before the turnabout. Once you've found the cache, follow the trail straight through the bushes at the end of the road and you will be at a spot that is great for taking pictures and having a bite to eat. It looks like it would be an excellent lake to go swimming in, and the water seems to be warm. After waiting and enjoying the scenery for a very long time, my reception never got better than 37ft accuracy, so I'll make it as easy to find as I can. I have added a picture of the location. There are no trade items in this cache, but the location should be more than enough incentive.
