Yes, Coos County does have a shoe tree and I'm not talking about the kind you place in a shoe to help keep its shape. When you visit the site, it is your opportunity to plant your own old favorite shoes you should have thrown away years ago. To locate the cache, you count all the shoes on the left side and divide by two. Then count up by that much and there it is.
I have left a "Travel Slug" and some tradeable items in a lock-n-lock. I'm asking the person who removes the "slug" to please post a photo of the location of the "slug" site. I don't have that capability yet. The previous location of the "slug" was the Hauser Store north of North Bend. Keep the "slug" moving because it seems to be a very hungry "slug".
Go to this site with a dirty vehicle, you will understand when you travel this road. GPS may have a little problem under tha canapy.
