Un pequeño río rápido con aguas cristalinas que alimenta una agradable cascada y un abundante bosque verde forman el ambiente que rodea este cache ubicado en el costado oriental (lado Puebla) del volcán Iztaczíhuatl, a 3,593 m. sobre el nivel del mar, en un lugar seguro con poca gente denominado Apatlaco.
Los cachers de la Ciudad de México pueden llegar subiendo hacia Paso de Cortes por Amecameca y bajando por el camino de terracería del lado de Puebla. El resto del mundo puede salir de Cholula, Puebla y pasar por San Nicolás de los Ranchos para subir por el mismo camino de terracería. En cualquier caso, sobre este camino hay una desviación hacia el Norte que durante 2 km. lleva a un espacio abierto en donde se debe dejar el vehículo. Desde este lugar hay que hacer una simple caminata de 600 m. hasta la cascada, dirigirse a la parte superior de la misma por el camino más obvio, cruzar al otro lado del río que alimenta la cascada, bajar la colina unos metros y listo, buscar el cache debajo de una piedra grande detrás de una pequeña planta de hojas planas con espinas.
El cache es un pequeño contenedor de plástico translúcido con tapa verde y contiene originalmente pulseras de artesanía poblana.

A small river with crystal clear water feeding a pleasant waterfall and a rich green forest surround this cache located on the east side (side Puebla) ot the Iztaczíhuatl volcano, 3,593 meters above sea level, in a safe place with few people called Apatlaco.
The cachers from Mexico City can reach up to Paso de Cortes by Amecameca and go down the unpaved road on the side of Puebla. The rest of the world can go out from Cholula, Puebla, pass through San Nicolas de los Ranchos to go up the same unpaved road. In any case, on this road there is a northward shift which during 2 km. leads to an open space where one must park the vehicle. From this place it is only a simple 600 m. walk to the waterfall, go to the top of it by the most obvious path, cross over the river that feeds the waterfall, down the hill a few meters and that is it, look for the cache under a large rock behind a small flat-leaved plant with thorns.
The cache is a small translucent plastic container with green lid and contains some bracelets craft originally from Puebla.
