Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve (LPCP) - West end
This is a neat tree, if you walk all the way around back of it you'll find the bulk of it was hollowed out - probably by a lightning strike, but maybe just by a fire that burned the core out.
You don't need to go around the back of the tree to find the cache, it is behind the two foot round piece of bark - one of the larger pieces of bark we have seen.
