Rolighedsskolen
DK: Rolighedsskolen er én af 22 kommunal skoler i Thisted Kommune. Det blev en selvstændig skole 1 august 1976.
Rolighedsskolen var fra starten tænkt som en anderledes skole. Skolen er bygget som en skole uden klasseværelser, hvilket dengang var banebrydende, og som i dag er en selvfølge i de fleste moderne skolebyggerier. Rolighedsskolen er, med andre ord, en af Danmarks første åben-plan skoler.
Specialafdelingen, Østermølle, er en specialinstutition for børn med fysisk- og psykiske handicap. Fra 1. januar 2007 overgik Østermølle til Thisted commune og blev en underafdeling af Rolighedsskolen.

Rolighedsskolen was initially conceived as a different school. The school is built as a school without classrooms, which was then pioneering and today is self-evident in most modern school buildings. Rolighedsskolen is, in other words, one of Denmark's first open-plan schools.
Special Division, Østermølle, is a specialinstutition for children with physical and mental disabilities. From 1st January 2007 was transferred to Thisted commune and became a subsidiary of Rolighedsskolen.
