Geocache Description:

This cache meets State Forest guidelines.

The Monarch is the most familiar of all butterflies. It has burnt-orange wings with a black fringe and black lines, or "veins," running across it. The Monarch, whose wingspan ranges from 3-1/4 to 4 inches, is the only butterfly that flies south in winter and returns north every spring - just like birds.
