Bobcat, or Bobcat? or
Bobcat??
Bobcats are fierce cats that live in forests, swamps, mountains,
prairie and deserts in much of North America. They are generally
nocturnal, spend the day in a cave, hollow log or rock crevice, and
are excellent climbers and swimmers. There life span is 10-14
years.
These graceful cats are from 24 to 40 inches long (including the
tail). The stubby tail is only 4 to 7 inches long, and looks as
though it was cut off (or bobbed). This is why they are called
Bobcats.
No, bobcats are dirt moving machines invented more than 60 years
ago by two brothers who wanted to help turkey farmers clean their
barns.
No, a Bobcat is an NBA basketball player from North Carolina.
Well, while you are figuring all that out, look for a log-only
cache at this site. Bring a pencil.
NOTE: Cache is located in the alley. DO NOT search near the metal
building. Thanks.
