This cache is just off the sidewalk and can be accessed by wheel chair.
This is another of my micro caches in my micro series.
Just off the sidewalk you will need to use a little thinking to find this one. It is small and you should not look for anything big. Please re-hide it exactly how you found it as good if not better.
