The cache is hidden near an ORV trail close to the Jack Pine Lodge of the Lansing Motorcycle Club. The cache is located off a two track which is passable with a two wheel drive vehicle unless it becomes very muddy.
The name "Cow Bell Classic" comes from the Jack Pine Enduro which is an off road motorcycle race. The Jack Pine Race is the oldest continuous running enduro in the United States. It originally started at the state capital in Lansing Michigan. The year (2009) was the 84th year of the Cow Bell Classic Race. It draws up to 200-250 racers & families. Cache is a camouflaged container with a screw on top. Orginial content of cache is Cow Bell Classic Travel Bug, past years of Jack Pine bells, ribbons, medals. Mini Moose Medal 2009. Misc trinkets.
