Northbound: unfortunately the stump that contained the cache was demolished. i dug around for a bit but the container was gone. i stuck a stick in one of the remaining roots and found a wasp nest. we ran fast. across the street would have been a good place to put a replacement container but i see that stakes have been placed in the ground indicating possible cabin lots for future development. thus for lack of another suitable closeby location and possibly more wasps in other nearby stump, decided to archive.
