If you go down Monument Draw today all you will find is sand and
time , possibly a few cows and oil wells. Back when Indians still
roamed the county there was a spring fed body of water that flowed
in these parts. After someone tried to increase the flow out of the
spring with TNT the body of water never flowed again. Watch out for
all that sting, bites, and poke. It is close to a Hwy so if you are
bringing a kid keep an eye on them. There is room to pull of the
road and remember to look before you open your door.
