This cache is located off a small, trail system in Timberlake Park.
Until very recently, these trails and swim hole at the end were
used almost exclusively for people to walk their dogs. Well, it
seems as if there is a war going on here, overnight the poop bags
were replaced with signs that were VERY specific. This, I think, is
going to be a battle of animal lovers vs. Issaquah, should be
interesting.
****UPDATE***** FEB 2010 this "unique" cache described below is
GLUED INSIDE THE LID of an ammo can at this location******* The
weather and the temptation to the area critters made this
"container" needing to be a bit less exposed.....instead of
changing it all together we still included "it"!!!! Well.....about
the cache.....I am guessing you WILL want to comment about this
one. We are thinking that this one may give you trouble and if it
doesn't give you trouble, we wonder about you ;) PLEASE remember
how hard you looked and your AH-HA moment when you GRABBED the
cache ooOOHH PLEASE try to limit your comments to non spoilers.(as
I request this I am fairly sure there is no possible way I could
limit myself....but I hold you to the highest standard of restraint
that only saints and popes and, of course, Ann Graham (my daughters
1st grade teacher) can achieve....NO PRESSURE!!.. so it will be fun
for everyone to have this magic moment!!
Enjoy this area which for the time being is NOT A DOG PARK,
although I see evidence all the time that it may actually still be
one!!
