Geocache Description:

A trail walk in Shape Park near Anacortes, WA.

The park is open dawn to dusk. Here is a link to the park's
official website: (visit link) where you can download a trail map.

No matter which trail you choose you will find plenty of rocks and roots that like to try and trip you up. There is also a bit of up and down but not too much depending of course on which way you go. Wear good shoes, take your time and you'll do fine.

While on the way to a nearby cache this seemed like a good spot for a cache. It's always nice to get more than one per outing. Besides the trails out here seemed to need another cache or two.

For a great scenic view that includes Anacortes, the San Juan Islands, Deception Pass State Park the Strait of Juan De Fuca and on a clear day the Olympic Mountains continue on just a bit further to Sares Head, there's a cache out there too!

Hide it as well as you found it or better.
