Geocache Description:

Richlands has been known as the Town of Perfect Water. This cache is in honor of that tradition, even though the aquifer isn't quite what it once was. You are looking for a nano. Should be a quick P&G, but might want to hunt this one during the day. The tricky part might be figuring out where the access road is.
