The boardwalk from the listed car park has now been removed and does not look like it is going to be replaced. Suggested car parking is now in School Road where you can do my other cache in the area Tennant Canal.
This is a 0.5lt round cliplock container placed in a camo bag.
To find this cache you will need to walk along the towpath of the Tennant Canal. If you have time there is still one boardwalk from the car park but it is now a deadend and does not lead to the cache.
The Fen is a nature reserve and Site of Special Scientific Interest, Pant-y-Sais Fen is one of the few wetlands remaining in our region and is highly recommended for those who love walking and nature.
Please take care if you are taking kids as the towpath is right next to the canal and at one point runs near a railway line from Swansea docks.
Since placing this cache it has come to my attention that the area is not as desirable as i first thought. It has a reputation of being a place not to be seen after dark. This cache is best attempted during the day, maybe on the weekend when there are more people about so that the undesirables are less likely to be. You might want to read the logs before you go.
There is another cache,"Tennant Canal", that has been released for the people who decide this one is not for them, it has similar natural surrounding but is further down the canal towards Swansea.
