Geocache Description:

A nice walk on a seldom used trail on the UMD campus. The trailhead is behind the football field, but see the other cache on the trail (UMD 1, GCKAXB) for the coordinates.

If you absolutely, positively love every single aspect of concrete, then the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth can be your personal happy place. Nearly all of the buildings there are composed of rock solid concrete, and nothing but concrete. So go have a blast you concrete lovers; you'll definitely have a field day here haha.

If you chose to do this cache during the morning or afternoon on a weekday, there are two options for parking: along Ring Road in front of the track, or in lot 7. If there are no spots left along Ring Road, parking in lot 7. This would make it about a half mile walk from here, but if you wait until the evening or weekend you should be able to park closer without getting ticketed.

Another thing, the cache is at the BASE of the stone wall. DO NOT TOUCH ANY PART OF THE WALL!! Just look at your feet, and the unnatural pile of sticks should jump out at you.
