Come out to Celebrate A&R's most important
Milestone, the Big 1000 Cache find!
We decided to share this find with all of our fellow Geocachers, so
we waited for many months for cooler weather to put this on for
you.
It will start @ 10:00 am on a Sat. Oct. 17 @ the North Lake Nature
CTR, just off Hwy. 190 in Mandeville, LA
70448.
There will be food and refreshments, as well as new
caches hidden in the park area.
Also, we will have live music from 11:00 -
1:00pm.
The party will be held in the main shelter inside the park.
All Geocachers are welcome to attend.
We ask everyone to bring a dish or something to contribute to the
gathering.
Make sure to bring your GPSr!
There will also be Fun & Games with Prizes created just for the
event.
On the day of the Event each Geocacher will receive one of these
sheets with the actual coords. (See Richie)
Each one of these caches hold an FTF- Prize Coupon!
If you have a Prize Coupon, see Angel or Richie for your
Prize.
These eight new micro caches were hidden just for this event and
will not be published.
To get all eight smileys, you will have to log the 9th cache eight
times online.
This cache is hidden in the park.
It will soon be published & on Geocaching.com in order to log
online.

Also, Everyone attending will receive a flag to place at the
'Posted Ground Zero Coords' once all flags have been placed, ground
zero will be announced to reveal the 1st., 2nd. and 3rd. Place
winners.

2nd Place Prize - LAGC Hat
3rd Place Prize - Bamboozle Geocoin
There will also be a kids game called 'The GPSr Toss'.
Every child will have a chance to play and all the kids will win
something.
