while paddling the Stillwater River, along with another one

You on the Mad River), as a
gesture of appreciation for all of the great terrain challenge
caches in the Dayton area.
This one is in the same spirit.
However, it would probably be close to a 4.5 even without the boat
(maybe).
Will you see the cache,
and say "No
Thanks"?
Along with
bringing your own pen/writing utensil, I suggest bringing something
to tie yourself off with while making the grab. I used no equipment
when placing the cache, However, it is in a very tricky
spot.
