Port an Dúin
Port an Dúin is a quiet harbour on the East side of Tory Island.
At the moment it is only used on rare occasions by some local
fishermen, but it was used as the main landing pier by the Tory
Island Ferry - An Tor Mór during the 1990's when the main pier at
Camusmore was being extended.
The cliffs opposite the pier are home to the largest Puffin
colony in Donegal (over 1000 birds) as well as many other
seabirds.
Nearby is the site of the ancient Caisleán Thoraí
