This is a 8 ounce container in Coyote Hills Regional Park next to the Quarry Staging Area parking lot. Please, screw the lid on tightly. Bring a pen.
From either end of the parking lot, find the trail that goes a little way up the side of the hill and then parallel to the parking lot. It is just a short unmapped trail. No bushwacking is required, so don't trample the vegetation. Bicycles are not allowed on this trail, so you will have to walk the last few hundred feet. This spot reminds me of those old wild west movies where the good guys are chasing the bad guys, or vice versa, and they ride their horses up the hill through the sagebrush and have a shootout when they get to the top. Anyway, It is a beautiful spot.
