Geocache Description:

Behind fence post as path enters/exits field

This geocache is one of four that we have set up across the hills of Ludwell Valley Park. We take students from St Peter's C of E School trail running across the hills as part of lessons and we use the geocache as teaching tools. Each cache is names after a GCSE PE term and contains questions relating to its theme.

HRE (Health Related Exercise)

Q1 What are the 5 components of HRE?
Q2 What fitness test can be used to test levels of performance in each component of HRE
Q3 What sports require high levels of each of the different components of HRE?
Q4 What do the terms Endomorph, Mesomorph and Ectomorph mean?
