This building has something to do with Le Mars' water system.
The director of the water department wasn't thrilled with the idea of us sending you to park in front of their building across the street to have a look at the display of fire hydrants in the parking lot. But, he said he'd like to watch you looking for a cache here! So, with his permission, we've placed this for your seeking fun.
