Geocache Description:


As the weather may be changing we will gather back at First Evangelical Covenant Church, 1933 Tremont Blvd NW, Grand Rapids, Michigan


As we celebrate the anniversary of our monthly gatherings, the plan right now is that we will grill hot dogs and brats this month.  BUT check back as the event gets closer as things may change.  

Everyone still needs to bring a dish to pass.  Remember when planning your dish that we have been averaging about 50 people.   If you have a specialty that you want to share, feel free to bring whatever you want.  If the menu changes, we will change the division of food, so remember to check back. 


A-M - bring a salad or side dish

N-Z - bring a dessert


We will again have the basket out for donations.  This money is put into an account to help with the purchase of the paper products, punch, etc for each month. 

SCHEDULE

5:30 - 6:00 Set up

6:00 - 7:00 Dinner

7:00 - 8:00 Meet & Greet

8:00 - 8:30 - Clean up



Hosts will also provide plates, plastic silverware, coffee & punch. This event is in our church gym. We will have plenty of tables to eat at and half the gym will be available for the kids to run and play!
