In better times, subdivisions were springing up all over Sussex County. Beach real estate was selling fast and new subdivisions were being started on seemingly every available piece of land. Now many of these wanna-be subdivisions are waiting for better times.

This cache is place in one of the wanna-be subdivisions that is waiting for the beach real estate market to heat up. Should be an easy find.
