Yes, this cache is on private property, but the owner really wanted a geocache here! So yes, you can follow the trail from the parking lot to the cache without having to pay any entrance fees... the caveat is that if you don’t obey and stay on the trail, you will likely find yourself with a bad case of poison ivy the next day!
Also, please don’t attempt this cache at night so as not to alarm neighbours.
