Near a wastewater lift station in landscaped public right-of-way behind the curb.
Welcome to the Canfield subdivision Coeur d'Alene (CdA). This development started in the mid-90s and now is built out.
The landscaped space houses a wastewater lift station. Wastewater collected from the development and surrounding area is pumped to the west to 15th. St. where in empties into a gravity collector and continues to the treatment plant. The cache is near the lift station. Wastewater staff is aware of this cache.
After being muggled 3 times, this is now a nano.

This is a fairly busy access street so use care and watch for muggles. Keep children under control so not to damage landscaping.
