This cache is dedicated to Hazelbell and Duranclan (my mom and sister). It is a regular sized container. In March 2010 the cache was moved farther from the footpath. In the summer there will be many, many stickers, so come prepared! There is ample parking in a dirt area off Barton Road. Beware of the regular pests in the area, they are lurking, as always!
I grew up on Teague Lane which is very near this field. As a young girl it seemed like I spent most of my waking hours exploring this area! I have fond memories of Duranclan and I racing our ponies around "the track" that ran the perimeter, we caught polywogs, climbed trees and poked snakes with sticks! We ate miner's lettuce and had buckeye fights with the neighbor boys, Ahh "The good old days!" I feel honored to share this area with other cachers, good luck, have fun and maybe have a stick fight or two!
