This is the entrance to the segment of the Iron Mountain trail in Damascus which eventually leads across the State Line. I've never been on this trail, but I have been on the side road it branches off of (Old Orchard Rd) You're on the border of the Jefferson National Forest and the surroundings are nice. Wonder if any of you geocachers have ever participated in the Iron Mountain Trail Run? I haven't...yet...
The cache is a tube with a log only; there may be room for little tradeables. Happy caching!
